This page is the public account-deletion URL for the Dodmansa Android app and website, operated by Vedhik Cosmos.
How to request deletion
- Submit the form below with the email or mobile number on your account, or
- Email support@dodmansa.in or grievance@dodmansa.in with subject Delete Dodmansa account.
We will verify that the request comes from the account holder, then delete the account. Typical completion time is within 30 days.
Data we delete
- Profile (name, email, mobile, photo)
- Login sessions, device IDs, and FCM push tokens
- Watch history, favourites, ratings, and reviews
- Fan community posts, comments, and chat you created
- Support tickets and in-app messages
- Firebase Authentication identifiers linked to the app
Data we may keep
- Payment and GST records required by Indian tax law (Razorpay IDs, amounts, dates) — not used for marketing
- Records needed to handle a refund, dispute, or legal request already in progress
We do not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN. Those stay with Razorpay.
